Community Action for Wyoming County acts as a central front-door agency helping individuals and families improve their lives. We work together as a team to identify solutions and/or engage outside partners to find answers to pressing needs of the people in our community.
You will encounter a respectful, trusted and caring environment, where we provide coordination of wrap-around supportive services and advocacy for people looking for help. Whether you find yourself in a sudden moment in time of need or you know you need to develop a long-range strategy towards positive change and self-reliance, start with Community Action. A variety of career services are available deigned to assist job seekers and employers of Wyoming County. We are an affiliate One Stop Career Center, in partnership with the GLOW Workforce Board. Call an Employment Counselor for further information.

Community Action assists residents to obtain and maintain safe, affordable housing.
Community and Family Services
Cornerstone Outreach Center (Angel Action Program)
Operated by our Angel Action Division, the Cornerstone was created to provide immediate assistance for families in need. Call Community Action for hours of operation
